Obituary of Janice M. Price

Janice M. Price Lifelong resident of Waukesha, passed away on Monday, January 24, 2011, surrounded by her family, at the age of 85 years. Janice was born on July 25, 1925, the daughter of Reginald and Viola Stacy. She was a charter member of St. Mary Catholic Church, a member of the Ladies order of the Catholic Foresters and volunteered for many church activities. Janice worked at Kline's Department store for 20 years. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, knitting, needlepoint and baking cookies. Janice loved dancing, music and following her favorite little band called "El Rey and the Night Beats" as often as possible. She was passionate about many of these things but nothing more than having her family together. Janice will be sadly missed by her husband, Raymond "Ray" of 65 years; her sons, Michael (Virginia) Price of Pewaukee, Larry (Donna) Price of Genesee, and Brian (Ann) Price of North Prairie; daughters, Marilyn (Ron) Tyler of Nebraska, Donna (Ron Pohle) Roteik of Waukesha, Diane (Bill) Marx of Johnson Creek, Karen (Pat) Gerbensky of Genesee, and Barbara (Dave) Christopherson of Mukwonago. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Chris, Jacqie, Kaydi, Jessica, Kodi, Rod, Mark, Chrisy, Greg, Sarah, Joe, Tracy, Ray, Michelle and Ashley, 14 great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The Funeral Mass for Janice will be held on Friday, January 28, 2011, at 11:30 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, 225 S. Hartwell Ave., Waukesha, WI 53186. The Rev. Howard Haase officiating. The visitation will be Thursday, January 27, from 4:00 until 7:30 p.m. at the Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, WI. The second visitation will be on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass at the church. Burial will immediately follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Waukesha.
