Obituary of Florence Hill

Florence "Mil" Hill Of Dousman, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 surrounded by her loving family at the Masonic Center for Health and Rehabilitation, at the age of 92. Mil was born on May 14, 1919 in Newport News, Virginia to William and Florence (nee Tylar) Fisher. Mil was married to her husband Elwyn of 54 years. Mil was a devoted wife and loving mother. She enjoyed baking, cooking, embroidering and had a love for lighthouses. Mil was a devoted mother to Richard Hill of Oconomowoc, WI, Christine (Darryl) Mihlbauer of Mukwonago, WI, Douglas (Sue) Hill of Crandon, WI, Janice Hill of Oconomowoc, WI, Melinda Hill of North Carolina, Jacqueline (Tab) Hornburg of Sullivan, WI and Bryan (Marilyn) Hill of East Troy; her grandchildren, Jamie, Maddie, April, Brad, Matthew, Michael, Jamie, Jackie, Jodie, John, Ashley and Justin; her 10 great-grandchildren; she will be missed by many other friends and family as well. Mil was preceded in death by her husband, Elwyn on May 21, 1997; granddaughter, Candi; brothers, Edward and William; and her sister Elizabeth. A visitation for Mil will be held on Monday, July 11 from 11:00 AM until the funeral service at 1:00 PM at the Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha. Reverend Michael Hendricks will be officiating. Burial will take place immediately following the service at Salem Cemetery in Wales
