Obituary of Christmaris Laumann sister

Laumann, Sister Christmaris (Ida Laumann) On September 21, 2011, Sister Christmaris, Schoenstatt Sister of Mary, was called into eternity. She was born in Germany on June 9, 1922, entered the Secular Institute of the Schoenstatt Sisters of Mary in 1944, and came to Wisconsin as one of the Pioneer Sisters in 1949. Sister Christmaris has spent her life in health care service as a nurse and also working within the Sisters Community. She is survived by three sisters and one brother in Germany. Visitation will be on Sunday, September 25, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM, and on Monday, September 26, from 9:00 to 10:00 AM at the Provincial House, W284 N404 Cherry Lane, Waukesha, WI. A rosary prayer service will be held on Sunday at 7:00 PM. The Funeral Mass will be on Monday at 10:00 AM at the Provincial House followed by interment at the Sisters' cemetery.
