Obituary of Mauel Flores

Manuel "Manny " Flores Of Waukesha, died unexpectedly in Arizona on March 15, 2012 at the age of 72 years. Manny was born on December 25, 1939 in Texas, the son of John and Otilia "Tillie" Ramos. He graduated from Waukesha High School in 1959, graduated from UW-Milwaukee, and was a member of Alpha Kappa Psi fraternity. Manny enjoyed tennis, was a Brewers fan, and a Green Bay Packer shareholder. He also served in the U.S. Army Reserves. Most of all he was an avid golfer and loved spending time golfing with his close friends. Manny will be deeply missed by his daughters, Carrie Ann Meyer of Chicago and Nicole (Dan) Green of Dousman; granddaughters, Hayley, Morgan and Madison Green. He is further survived by his former wife, Barbara Flores; uncle, Geronimo "Gerry" Cortez; cousins, Gerry Cortez Jr., Daniel Cortez and Velma Cuestes; other relatives and many friends. Manny is preceded in death by his parents. A visitation for Manny will be held on Wednesday, March 28, 2012 from 4:00 PM until the 6:00 PM funeral service at Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd. Waukesha, WI 53188. Private interment will take place.
