Obituary of Lloyd Milton Pundsack
Lloyd Milton Pundsack Sr.
Lifelong resident of Waukesha, passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by his
family, on Monday, February 6, 2012, at the age of 91. Lloyd was a self-made man who
independently built many homes in the Waukesha area. He successfully worked
alongside his wife, Doris (nee Hedtcke), as a team in work and in life. Lloyd proudly
served in the CCC (Civilian Conservation Corps) during the depression and in the Army
Air Force during World War II. He earned the honored ranking of Staff Sergeant. Lloyd
was a member of St. Luke's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Waukesha for his entire life.
Lloyd will be dearly missed by his wife Doris, of over 71 years; his children, Judith
Dassow of Muskego, Sharon (Richard) Suleski of Waukesha and Lloyd "Chip" (Chris) of
New Berlin; his four grandchildren; his three great-grandchildren; his three sisters; and
many other family and friends. Lloyd was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers
and sisters; and his grandson, Richard Suleski, with whom he is now biking with in
heaven.
The burial for Lloyd will be at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at Prairie Home
Cemetery in Waukesha. Those wishing to join the family at the cemetery are being asked
to meet at the cemetery office (off of Prairie Avenue) at 9:00 AM. A visitation for Lloyd
will follow the burial from 10:00 AM until the 11:00 AM memorial service at St. Luke's
Evangelical Lutheran Church, 300 Carroll St., Waukesha, WI 53186. The Rev. Gary
Liedtke will officiate the memorial service.
