Obituary of Ervin W. Sonnenberg

Of Waukesha, died on Tuesday, September 11, 2012, at Season's Hospice at the age of 82. He was born in North Prairie, Wisconsin on May 22, 1930, a son of Erwin and Margaret Sonnenberg. Ervin worked as a Machinist for Alloy Products for many years and was a past Union President. His favorite passion was spending time with his family. Ervin proudly served his country in the United States Navy. Ervin will be deeply missed by his children, William (Barbara) Sonnenberg of Oconomowoc and Kim (William) Boldon of Waukesha; his grandchildren, Scott Sonnenberg (Fiancé Tara Simpson), Erica (Greg) Pauly, Samantha Sonnenberg, Michelle Boldon, Kyle (Amanda) Boldon and Anna (Eric) Cihlar; his great-grandchildren, Gabriel Cihlar, Rowan Cihlar, Wyatt Boldon and great-grandchild to be; his brother, Richard Sonnenberg of Waukesha; and his sister, Arlene (Robert) Stewart of Waukesha. Ervin is further survived by other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his wife, Lois and his parents. The memorial service for Ervin will be held on Friday, September 14, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at the Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, WI 53188. Reverend David Ernst will be officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the charity of the donor's choice.
