Obituary of Carol A. Huber

Of Pewaukee, died on Thursday, August 9, 2012, at River Hills West, at the age of 91. Carol was born in Milwaukee on February 19, 1921, a daughter of Harry and Kathryn Trost. Carol was an active member of St. William's Catholic Church, where she served as a Eucharistic Minister and as a Christian Mother. She was also a member of the Washington High School Women's Alumni, as well as the Chairman of the Catholic study club of Waukesha. Carol took great pride in volunteering for Elmbrook Memorial Hospital, St. Joseph Hospital, the Waukesha County Courthouse, and many other organizations. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. Carol will be dearly missed by her daughter, Barbara Beres of Sussex, WI; grandchildren, Rob (Sally) Beres of Maple Grove, MN, "T.J." (Kyle) Beres of Spring Grove, IL and Anne Beres of Sussex, WI; great-grandchildren, Benjamin, Katelyn, Alyssa, and Tyler; sister, Kathleen Saunders of Madison, WI; and brothers, Robert Trost of Oceanside, CA, and Kenneth Trost of Grafton, WI. Carol is further survived by other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph; parents; son-in-law, Lyle Beres; and sisters-in-law, Muriel Trost and Marion Trost. The visitation for Carol will be held on Thursday, August 16, 2012 from 10AM until the time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 11AM, at St. William Catholic Church, 440 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, WI 53188. The Reverend Kevin Barnekow will be officiating. A private burial will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery.
