Obituary of Muriel M. Peterson

Of Waukesha, went home to heaven unexpectedly on Thursday, September 20, 2012 to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and be reunited with her beloved husband, Bob. " Inseparable in Life and Death". She was born on November 2, 1937, the daughter of Louis and Sophie Komar. She married the love of her life, Robert H. Peterson "Bob" on April 15, 1961. Muriel was a member of Christ the Servant Lutheran Church. She had a gifted voice, that she shared by singing in the choir at church. Muriel enjoyed sewing and dancing, and being a member of the Red Hatters. Most of all Muriel loved spending time with her grandkids and family. She was a very generous person to all. Muriel is survived by her loving sons, Dean (Denise) Peterson of Watertown, WI and Keith (Kristin) Peterson of Lakeville, MN and her daughters, Michele (Thomas) Adyniec of Waukesha, WI and Colette (Robert) Kowalik of Brookfield, WI. She will also be remembered by her ten grandchildren: Gregory, Mariah, Noah, Bryan, Samuel, Leidy, Emma, Dominic, Luca and Tate. Muriel is further survived by a sister-in-law, Patricia Komar of Milwaukee, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Bob and brother, Richard Komar. The visitation for Muriel will be held on Tuesday, September 25, 2012 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Christ the Servant Lutheran Church, 2016 Center Road in Waukesha. The funeral service for Muriel will be held following the visitation at 6:00 p.m. Rev. David Zandt will be officiating. Entombment will be on Wednesday, at 10:00 a.m. at Prairie Home Cemetery, Prairie Avenue in Waukesha. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Christ The Servant appreciated. (Please see address above).
