Obituary of Ruth M. Mason-Zimmermann

Ruth M. Mason-Zimmermann, of Waukesha, surrounded by her daughters, peacefully joined her eternal family on November 19, 2012. Ruth was born January 27, 1923 in Gormania, WV to Ernest and Marie (Weiss) Mason. She was a former longtime member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Waukesha. She worked for the Waukesha County Museum for 25 years, retiring in 1985. While there, she was able to enjoy her love of history and was an avid genealogist for her family. Ruth is survived by her 3 daughters, Merri Lee (Robert) Orgeman, Kerri (Michael) Vitale, and Gail Zimmermann; 3 granddaughters, Lacey (Michael) Collins, Karissa (Josh) Adam and Erin (Joey Rozanski) Orgeman; 5 great-grandchildren, Grace, Emma Jo, and Jack Collins, Dominik and Owen Adam; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Willard and Robert; and great-grandson, Matthew Collins. She will be greatly missed by family and friends but she will remain in our hearts forever. At Ruth's request private family services were held.
