Obituary of Bernice J. Weber

Of Milwaukee, WI, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 05, 2013 at the age of 97 years. Bernice was born in St. Louis, MO the daughter of Robert and Edna Huenerhoff. She married the love of her life, Rudolph "Rudy" Weber on March 6, 1943. Bernice worked for Curlee Clothing Company and played on the St. Louis softball World Series Championship Team. She was a member of Peace Lutheran Church in New Berlin, WI and a founding member of Chapel of the Cross Church in Florissant, MO. Bernice was also a member of the Big Bend - Vernon Lions Club. Most of all she loved to travel with family and groups of friends. She will be sadly missed by her children, Robert (Joan) Weber and Richard (Lisa) Weber; grandchildren, Rob, Brian (Jessica), Kelly, Dan, Mike (Lisa) Weber, Aimie (Mark) Detchemendy, Amber (Shane) Morgan and Andy Weber; great-grandchildren, Brandon, Rudy and two step-great grandchildren, Dylan and Drew. She is further survived by other relatives and friends. Bernice is preceded in death by her husband, Rudy. The visitation for Bernice will be held from 4:00 p.m. until the 6:00 p.m. funeral Service on Friday, January 11, 2013, at Peace Lutheran Church, 17651 W. Small Rd. New Berlin, WI 53146. The Rev. Ken Rankin will be officiating. A private service and burial will take place in Florissant, MO.
