Obituary of Gerald Merath

After winning the ultimate battle, surrounded by family and friends, Gerald Merath passed away on May 19, 2013. Gerald was the loving husband to Patricia; proud father to Jennifer Merath, Michele Wallace, Timmothy (Kim) Merath, and Katheren (Jon) Reinke; he left six amazing grandchildren, Bella, Tyler, Ashton, Beker, Lily and Aelyn. He is also survived by three sisters, Dianne, Geralynn, and Barbara; and three brothers, Kenneth, Dennis and Timothy. Gerald is predeceased by his parents, Milton and Florence Merath, and wonderful Aunt Kate who meant the world to him. The family will honor Gerald with a memorial service on Monday, July 29, 2013 at 11:30 a.m. at the Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, WI 53188.
