Obituary of Doris M. Rakowski

Doris M. Rakowski, of Hartford, passed away peacefully while surrounded by her family on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at Wellington Place at the age of 73. Doris was born on December 8, 1939 in Menominee, Michigan, to Frank and Clare (nee Banaszynski) Rakowski. Doris will be dearly missed by her children, Dale (Jane) Rakowski, Darlene Werner, and Darrin (Monica) Rakowski; grandchildren, Jamie, Eric (Claudia), Michelle (Chad), Daniel (Lauren), Christina, D.J. and Sean; great-grandchildren, Ayden, Tyler, Cole, Jaxen, Landon, Kiley, Kaedon and Mason. Doris is further survived by other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Julius, her parents, and brothers, Robert and Eugene. Private graveside services were held.
