Obituary of Lorraine L. Fundingsland

Lorraine Fundingsland of Delafield, passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2013, peacefully at AngelsGrace Hospice, at the age of 75 years. She was born on June 30, 1938, in Minnesota, the daughter of John and Bertine "Babe" Gangness. Lori has been a long time member of the First Presbyterian Church of Waukesha and has been involved with the Mariners Club there, she was also a member of the Waukesha Service Club and Past member of Waukesha County Fair Senior Committee. Most of all Lori enjoyed be a grandmother. Lori will be sadly missed by her children, Dr. Brent (Maribel) Fundingsland and Alane Benson; her grandchildren, Audrey, Camille Fundingsland and Travis Benson; her sisters, Ioyne Jahnke and Jean (George) Rabine. She is further survived by a brother-in-law Dean Freeberg and a sister-in-law Emma Kaplin; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Lori is preceded in death by her parents and brother LaVerne Gangness and sister, Marilyn Freeberg. The visitation for Lori will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the 11:00 a.m. Memorial Service on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at The First Presbyterian Church, 810 N. East Ave. Waukesha, WI 53186. The burial will take place privately at a later date.
