Obituary of Robert E. Beske

Of Waukesha died on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at the age of 93 years. Robert was born in Chester, WI, on July 2, 1920 son of Albert and Frida Beske. He was a long time member of the Evangelical and Reformed United Church of Christ, Waukesha. Bob was also a past post commander and lifetime member of the V.F.W. Post 721 Soat-Vergenz and a lifetime member American Ex-Prisoners of War. Bob enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling, and spending time with his family especially his grandchildren. Bob will be dearly missed by his son, Tom (Sue) Beske; grandsons, Nicholas, Nathan and Weston Beske; great-granddaughters, Tenley and Esmae Beske; and brother, Raymond Beske. Bob is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his wife, Anna; parents; brothers, Harvey, Martin, Albert, Milton, Eugene, Arnit; and sister, Marian Blasdell. The visitation for Bob will be held from 3:00 p.m. until the time of the 6:30 p.m. V.F.W. Soat-Vergenz Post 721 memorial service (with his funeral service immediately following) on Wednesday, February 12, 2014, at the Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, WI 53188. The Reverend James Gorman will be officiating. Private burial with full Military Honors will be held at Prairie Home Cemetery, Waukesha.
