Obituary of Robert M. Teschner sr

Of Waukesha, died on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at AngelsGrace Hospice at the age of 87 years. Bob was born on May 2, 1926 in Milwaukee, WI the son of Michael and Elsie (Becker) Teschner. He proudly served in WWII in the U.S. Army and received two purple hearts and a bronze star. Bob enjoyed sheepshead and golf but more than anything spending time with his family. Bob will be deeply missed by his children, Robert M. (Sharon) Teschner of AZ and Patricia A. (Carl) Schaeffer of IL; his grandchildren, Matthew Teschner, Heather (Jeff) Johnson, Nicole Schaeffer, Chad (Lucia) Schaeffer, Anthony Schaeffer and Jonathan Schaeffer, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Theresa; brother, Bernard; sister, Shirley Knoebel and grandson, Craig Schaeffer. The visitation for Bob will be held on Friday, February 28, 2014 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at St. Anthony On the Lake Catholic Church, W280 N2101 Prospect Ave. (Hwy SS) Pewaukee, WI 53072. The Rev. Anthony Zimmer will officiate. Burial will immediately follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Waukesha, WI.
