Obituary of Colin John Tompkins

Went to Heaven to be with Our Lord after a brave fight to live on February 23, 2014 at the age of 3 months and 21 days. Colin was born at St. Joseph Hospital, Milwaukee, WI on November 2, 2013, the son of Brad Colin and Kate Michelle (nee Urek) Tompkins. He is lovingly survived by his parents, grandparents, John and Lois Urek and William and Colleen Tompkins. Colin is further survived by a great grandmother, aunts, uncles and other relatives. The visitation for Colin will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the 11:00 a.m. Memorial Mass on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at St. William Catholic Church, 440 N. Moreland Blvd. Waukesha, WI 53188. The Rev. Kevin Barnekow will be officiating. In Lieu of flowers, memorials in Colin's name to the WFHC - St. Joseph Hospital Pettit NICU, 5000 W.
