Obituary of Donald R. Jones

Donald "Don" R. Jones of Pewaukee, WI died on March 19, 2014 at the age of 87 at River Hills West in Pewaukee. Don proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII. He served time on Okinawa and was honorably discharged in 1946. Don was a devoted and dedicated Mason for over 50 years, spending the later years enjoying his time in the Shriners and at school and business functions as "Hi! The Clown". He was the owner and operator of Jones Foundry Equipment & Supply when he retired. Don will be deeply missed by his beloved wife of 70 years, Beverly (nee Buetschle); daughter, Sandra (Warren) Mitchell; son, Ronald (Marcella) Jones; grandchildren, Selena (David) Letteer, Mark Mitchell (Carrie Sowder) and Shannon Walter; great-grandchildren, Kayla and Kinsey; many other special relatives and friends. The visitation for Don will be held from 10 A.M. until the time of the 12 noon funeral service on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at Ascension Lutheran Church, 1415 Dopp St. Waukesha, WI. 53188. The Rev. Chris Marien will be officiating. (There will be full military honors). In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to Ascension Lutheran Church (See address above).
