Obituary of Helen May Krueger

Helen May Krueger of Waukesha went to join her husband in Heaven on Thursday, May 1, 2014, at the age of 85 years. She was born on October 11, 1928 in Waukesha, the daughter of Frank and Ardis (nee Barchant) Guerino. Helen married the love of her life, Wesley Krueger on July 21, 1956. She enjoyed sewing, embroidering, baking, gardening and reading. She loved to travel to Eagle River, Door County and had traveled to Hawaii with her family. Helen moved back to Waukesha from Utah, after her husband's death in 2005. Helen will be sadly missed by her daughters, Susan Krueger of Waukesha, Claudia Johnson of Waukesha and Roxana (the late Danny) Douglas of Clarksville, TN; grandchildren, Austin Johnson, Emily (Joe) Wright and Christina (Darrin) Tyron; great-grandchildren, Daniel and Maddison; brother, Peter Guerino of Amberg, WI. Helen is further survived by other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Wesley and a brother, James. The visitation for Helen will be held from 11:30 AM until the time of the 12:00 NOON Memorial Service on Friday, May 9, 2014 at Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd. Waukesha, WI 53188. The inurnment will immediately follow at Prairie Home Cemetery.
