Obituary of Sandra J. Pennington

Sandra J. Pennington of Peshtigo, WI passed away on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at the age of 68 years. She was born on August 17, 1945, in Milwaukee, WI, the daughter of Jesse and Christina (nee Propp) Cole. Sandra moved to Wausaukee in 1971 with friends Carol and Ron Gillette to help care for their four children. She married Marion Pennington on May 12, 1973. She was a homemaker, volunteer at the WE Store Thrift Shop and babysat for the children of many friends and family members. Most of all she loved spending time with family, playing bingo and socializing at the Peshtigo Mealsite. Sandra will be sadly missed by her two daughters, Jennifer "Jenny" Seefeldt of Peshtigo and Christina "Tina" (Andre) Pichette of Menonimee, MI. She is further survived by six grandchildren, Derek, Troy, Paige, Allison, Seth and Sara; seven step-grandchildren and four step great- grandchildren. Sandra was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Marion; brother, David; sister, Nancy and two great nephews, James Jr. and Jesse. The visitation and funeral service for Sandra will be held on Monday, May 19, 2014 at Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, WI 53188. The burial of cremains took place at Wisconsin Memorial Park, Brookfield, WI.
