Obituary of Agnes E. McNabb

Betty E. McNabb passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 2, 2014 at the age of 87 years. She was born in Spruce, WI, the daughter of Wencil and Alvina Blahnik. She married the love of her life, Charles McNabb on November 27, 1947 in Waukesha. Betty was a member of St Joseph Catholic Church, where she was a Christian Women's member. Betty retired from Waukesha Pump in 1990 and was a season ticket holder for the Waukesha Civic Theatre. Most of all she loved spending time with her family. Betty will be sadly missed by her husband, Charles of 66 years; her children, Connie Ballweg, John McNabb and Paul McNabb; grandchild, Becky (Rick) Arm; great-grandchildren, Kirsten and Eric; brother-in-law, Arnold Olson and sister-in-law, Lucille Blahnik. She is further survived by other relatives and friends. Betty is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Charlotte Olsen; brothers Edward and Milton Blahnik. There will be a gathering for Betty from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. with a prayer at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, August 8, 2014 at Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd. Waukesha, WI 53188. The burial will take place privately at a later date at Pine Hill Cemetery in Spruce, WI. The family would like to give a special thank you to the staff of Waukesha Springs and Hospice Advantage for their compassionate care they showed to Betty. Memorials in Betty's name to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
