Obituary of Donald C. Mann

Of Waukesha, died on Tuesday, August 19, 2014, surrounded by his family at home at the age of 81. Don was born on August 7, 1933 the son of Clarence and Gertrude (Hofmann) Mann. Don, a pharmacist, worked at Hoehle Drug Co. and was a co-owner of Hoehle Sunset Pharmacy for 42 years before retiring in 2002. He was also a longtime member of Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church. Don will be deeply missed by his wife, Rose whom he married on Dec. 27, 1958; his children, Rick (Dori) of Waukesha, Linda (Rev. Kelly) Voigt of Brighton, MI, Carol (Dr. Ross) Heyn of Penryn, CA and David (Susan) of Hartland; his grandchildren, Jon, Jessica (Colin), Jordan (Madison), Austin, Whitney, Amanda, Amy, Lauren, Eric, Jacob and Claire; sister, Lois Thatcher of Brookfield; brother-in-law, Otto (Marion) Schenk of MN; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The visitation for Don will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the 11:00 a.m. funeral service on Saturday, August 23, 2014 at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church, 1052 Whiterock Ave., Waukesha, WI 53186. Rev. Aaron Christie and Rev. John Mattek officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Prairie Home Cemetery, Waukesha.
