Obituary of Rosemary Vaughan

Rosemary "Babe" Vaughan of Waukesha, passed away Monday, September 1, 2014, surrounded by her family at the age of 86. She was born Waukesha, WI on October 24, 1928, the daughter of Arthur and Cecelia (nee Sadlier) Wendlandt. Babe married Howard Vaughan on February 11, 1956. She enjoyed reading, completing crossword puzzles and had an infectious laugh. Above all, Babe worshiped her family and loved spending time with her grandchildren. Babe will be sadly missed by her loving husband, Howard; her children, Stephen (Michelle) Vaughan and David (Kim) Vaughan of Waukesha; her grandchildren, Tyler, Hallie, and Erich and her sister, Virginia Hale. She is further survived by other relatives and friends. Babe is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Gertrude and Darlene and brothers, Charles "Jack" and James "Jim". Per Babe's request, a private family celebration will be held at a later date.
