Obituary of Michele Warner

Michele Warner (nee Knippschild), born on July 24, 1967, in Waukesha, WI, passed away peacefully on December 9, 2023 at the young age of 56 surrounded by family and loved ones. She was a beloved aunt, daughter, sister, wife, and mother, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness.
Michele's journey began at Mukwonago High School, where she graduated in 1985.
Her early working years were spent nurturing young minds at Little Scribblers, a daycare center in Mukwonago. Later, she transitioned to Women's Health Care, where she dedicated over 30 years as a medical receptionist. Despite her successful career, Michele followed her heart back to her true passion, working as a 4K teacher's assistant, delighting in the joy of guiding young learners.
In 1990, Michele married the love of her life, Larry, and together they welcomed three wonderful boys into their lives—Cody, Brandon, and Logan. Michele's love for her family was immeasurable, and her devotion to her husband and sons was unwavering.
Michele had a profound love for music, showcased by her amazing voice. She found true happiness by the water's edge or gathered around a campfire. An avid supporter of the Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Badgers, Michele's spirit soared with every game. Her magical presence touched the hearts of everyone fortunate enough to know her, leaving an indelible mark on their lives.
Survived by her loving sons, Cody J. Warner (Andrew Keating), Brandon R. Warner (Taylor Boegel), and Logan M. Warner, Michele is also fondly remembered by her sister Wendy Burns (Jeff), brother Kevin Knippschild, and sister Llyn Moon (Chris). Numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members share in the grief of her passing.
Michele is preceded in death by her beloved husband Larry Warner, mother Junice Miokovich, stepfather Michael Miokovich, father Richard Knippschild, brother Kraig Knippschild, and grandparents Harvey and Gladys Sundt and Otto and Blanche Knippschild.
The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the ProHealth Oncology and AngelsGrace staff, especially Jenny Steele and Michelle Niedfeldt, for their exceptional and compassionate care during Michele's journey.
A memorial service will be held at a later date, with details communicated by the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be sent to the family or to ProHealth Angels Grace Hospice, honoring Michele's memory and the support provided by the caring professionals who accompanied her on her final journey.
