Obituary of Wendy L. Delbeke

Wendy L. Delbeke, of Sussex, passed away peacefully on April 6, 2020 at the age of 48.  She was born in Plymouth, MI, on November 20, 1971, the daughter of Ron and Nancy Fowler. She graduated from Plymouth Canton High School and David Pressley School of Cosmetology, where she became an Esthetician and had a passion for beauty and skin care.   She later married the love of her life Jeff on June 12, 1999. 

Wendy had a very kind heart.  Her love of animals led her to support the Humane Society and the Detroit Dog Rescue.  She also enjoyed traveling to warm destinations and soak up the sun.  She loved watching “True Crime” television shows and movies.  Wendy was considered a “feisty” girl but her beautiful smile and gorgeous eyes lit up the whole room when she would enter. Her personality made it very easy to make new friends, and was known for telling great stories.

Wendy will be deeply missed by her husband of 20 years Jeff, parents, Ron and Nancy Fowler; siblings, Ronny Fowler, Ray Fowler, Cindy Fowler Henneman, and Kort Henneman; mother and father in law, Charles and Mary Jo Delbeke; and in laws, Beth Delbeke Buchanan, Paul Buchanan, Chris Delbeke, and Dan Delbeke.  She is further survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.  She will be especially missed by her “sweet baby girl” Della.
