Obituary of Robert J. Fritz

Robert J. Fritz Of Waukesha, died on Monday, January 3, 2011 at Seasons Hospice, surrounded by his family, at the age of 84 years. Robert proudly served in the U.S. Army and was a longtime, active and devoted member of Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church. Robert will be dearly missed by his wife, Carol Jean, whom he married on Nov. 15, 1995; his children, Nancy (Steve) Nemeth of Waukesha, Judy (Mark) Schuelein of Tempe, AZ, Janice Fritz of Dallas, TX, Karen (Tony) Zimborski of Waukesha, and David (Jessica) Fritz of Milwaukee; his grandchildren, Michael, Daniel, Paul, Andrea (Chris), Rachel (Andy), Emily, Sarah, Anna, Chad, Derek, Cal, Jacob, Rebecca and Tyler; his brothers, Dayton of CA, Wayne (Darlene) of Waukesha and Norman (Lola) of Racine; his sister, Dolores Fritz of IL; his brother-in-law, David Pfeiffle of Brookfield; and sister-in-law, Myrna Fritz of TX; other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Jean, in 1993, his brothers, Arthur and Gerald, and his sister, Donna Pfeiffle. The funeral service for Robert will be held on Friday, January 7, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church, 1052 White Rock Ave., Waukesha, WI 53186. The Rev. Larry Gates and Rev. Scott Oelhafen will co-celebrate. The visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service on Friday at church. Private burial will be at Prairie Home Cemetery, Waukesha, WI. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church (see address above) or Wisconsin Lutheran High School, 330 Glenview Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53214.
