Obituary of Gerald E. Frank

Gerald "Jerry" E. Frank Of Waukesha, passed away on Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at Waukesha Memorial Hospital at the age of 83 years. Jerry was born on May 10, 1927, the son of Willard and Edna Frank in Mukwonago, WI. He worked as a plumber for over 50 years and was a member of the Plumbers Local 75. Jerry was a past member of the Eagle's Club. He proudly served in the U.S. Army during WWII and was an MP. He was an avid Packer fan, enjoyed travel and loved his cars and truck. Jerry will be sadly missed by his wife, Anna; his children, Cindy (Mike) Liburdi of Waukesha, Tom (Debbie) Frank of Genesee, and Susie (Rex) Verhalen of the Town of Brookfield. Jerry is the loving grandfather of Chris (Stacie) Liburdi of the Town of Delafield, Breanna (Justin) Hellenbrand of Sun Prairie, Ryan Frank of Madison and Eric Frank of Milwaukee; loving great grandfather of Seth and Gavin; dear brother of Diane (Ron) Wilgrubs of Sussex, Bill (Jan) Frank of Mukwonago, Karen (Dan) Richards of Waukesha, Kathy (Doug) Banaszak of Waukesha, Jim Frank of Pewaukee, Harry (Cindy) Frank of the Town of Vernon, Mike Frank of Oconomowoc and John (Barb) Frank of NV; brother-in-law of Joyce Frank of Waukesha and Patricia Frank of Mukwonago. Further survived by his nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends. He is preceded in death by his brothers, Bob, Mel and Jack, and his sister, Margie. The funeral service for Jerry will be held on Friday, January 14, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. at the Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, WI. Rev. Pete Peterson will officiate. The visitation for Jerry will be on Friday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Prairie Home Cemetery with full military honors on Saturday, January 15, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to BFO Charities, c/o Tom Frank, W335 S4790 Fox Hollow Dr., Dousman, WI 53118.
