Obituary of Terry Lynn Vetta

Terry Lynn Vetta Terry Lynn Vetta, a lifetime resident of Waukesha, lost her long battle with cancer on Wednesday, October 12, 2011, at AngelsGrace Hospice at the age of 63. Terry was born October 20, 1947 in Waukesha, the daughter of Vernon and Mary (nee Sussek) Merryfield. Terry graduated from Waukesha High School. She loved traveling in her RV, quilting and Swedish weaving. Terry was a real estate broker and had a great career in mortgage loan processing. Her greatest love was spending time with her family, especially her grandkids. Terry was always putting others before herself. She married the love of her life, John Vetta on November 2, 1974. Terry will be sadly missed by her husband of 36 years, John; her sons, John (Amy) and Joseph Vetta; her grandchildren, Kayla Ann Vetta and Anthony John Vetta; her mother, Mary Hart; her sisters, Barbara Wall of Snellville, Georgia, and Sandra (Robert) Smith of McHenry, Illinois; her brother, Jeff (Cheryl) Merryfield of Oconomowoc. Terry is further survived by many other relatives and friends. Terry was preceded in death by her father, Vernon E. Merryfield; her step- father, George Hart; and her grandparents. The visitation for Terry will be from 9:30 AM until 11:30 AM on Monday, October 17, 2011 at the Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, WI 53188. The funeral service will follow the visitation at 11:30 AM. Reverend James Vojtik is officiating. Entombment will immediately follow at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery in Waukesha. Terry's family would like to send a special thank you to Dr. Gilberto Rodriguez and his staff, the staff of Waukesha Memorial Hospital Two North Oncology and AngelsGrace Hospice for their kind and gentle care of Terry.
