I am so sorry to hear about Uncle Don's passing, and wanted to let you know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers. I will always remember his kindness, great sense of humor, intelligence, and humility, and how welcome he made us feel when we visited. -Dave Staiger, Kalamazoo, MI

Donald Jorgensen was a great friend, one of the best people I knew during my lifetime. We worked together at WisDOT, golfed together in the PGA and he was a great help in setting up the in-home computer technology which I severely lacked. He provided my wife and I with wonderful photography, even presenting us with a portrait of our new kitten. Though we had different political philosophies we never discussed them, rather agreeing on so many other facets of life and sharing our enduring friendship. We will miss him very much as well as we still miss Betsy with whom we enjoyed many dinners together at Waukesha restaurants. My wife Lynnete and I wish the family our sincerest condolences on their loss.

We will miss our neighbor of 48 years. It was always great seeing Don out working in his yard. He shared his photography skills with us. I knew he was a golfer but did not know about belonging to the PGA. Our sympathy to his family. He will be missed, but never forgotten.

Thank you Bill and Lynnete for your kind words. I know my dad and mom enjoyed so many years of friendship with you. They looked forward to your Friday night dinners together, and I can guarantee that he was more than happy to help with the computers, and loved sharing his pictures. He will be missed by many.
