Obituary of Charles ( Chuck) E Venzke

Charles “Chuck” E. Venzke, longtime resident of Waukesha, passed away on Thursday, November 1, 2018 at the age of 77. He was born on March 22, 1941, in Saylesville, WI, the son of Arthur and Dorothy (nee Downie) Venzke.  Chuck graduated from Waukesha South High School in 1959. Chuck had a great love for NASCAR and building computers. In 1964, he married the love of his life, Judy. Chuck built a home for his family on land in New Berlin that had been in his mother’s family for over 100 years. Chuck had a great love for his family, and became very involved in Boy Scouts with his two sons.

 Chuck will be deeply missed by his loving wife Judy; sons Edward (Amy) and Brian (Shelly); grandchildren Kelly, Alexander, Brett, Jason; brother Bruce (Jeanne). He is further survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents Arthur and Dorothy, and brother Gene.

The visitation for Chuck will be held on Thursday, November 8, 2018 from 9:30 a.m. until the start of services at 11:00 a.m. at Cesarz Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, WI 53188. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorials to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
