Obituary of Donna Mae Mondloch

Donna M. Mondloch (nee Bell), of Waukesha, passed away surrounded by her family at the Avalon on June 10, 2018 at the age of 90. She was born on July 23, 1927, the daughter of Rose and Ray Bell. Donna attended Marquette University where she received a degree in Nursing. On April 22, 1950, Donna married the love of her life, Alois. Donna enjoyed teaching health care and nursing at various schools and organizations. She was very involved in her community, volunteering at the Red Cross and as a Cub Scout den mother. Donna sang in the Sweet Adeline’s Choir and delighted in quilting and gathering with her family and friends.

Donna will be deeply missed by her children, Michael (Dr. Victoria) Mondloch, Thomas (Judy) Mondloch, Maria Gonzales (Dan Rieck), Jane (Jack) Kraemer, and Rose (Peter) Lange; 18 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and brother-in-law, Joseph Baldus. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alois; her parents; daughter, Sally Jane; brother, William Bell; and sister, Barbara Baldus.

The visitation for Donna will be held on Saturday, June 16, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, 225 S. Hartwell Ave. Waukesha, WI 53186. The Rev. Howard Haase will be officiating. Burial will immediately follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the WCTC Foundation Nursing Scholarship Fund, 800 Main St. Pewaukee, WI 53072 or to the Avalon Square, 222 Park Place, Waukesha, WI 53186.
